Manalapan is a small beach town, a potion along A-1-A between the Lantana Public Beach and the South Lake Worth Inlet, and also shares Hypoluxo Island with the Town of Lantana, the more secluded area of Manalapan occupies about the southern one third of the Island.
South Lake Worth Inlet, more commonly called Boynton Inlet, is the best-known area because of travel along the main north south highway.
The Town of Manalapan offers residents a well managed town, with many amenities and a nice quality of life. There are limited rentals in the area and more year-round residents than seasonal, making for more of a community feel. The Town of Manalapan focuses on maintaining a low-density residential community of beauty and quality complementing its natural environment, resisting the pressures from large-scale developers.
