Gulf Stream is a historic small town located in Palm Beach County on the East Coast of Florida. Nestled between Boynton Beach and Delray Beach, Gulf Stream is a residential and recreational town. Gulf Streams' small population of under 1000, encompasses 537 acres only zoned for residences, recreation and public property.
The town of Gulf Stream became a desired winter resort upon the completion of Phipps Fields, now known as Gulf Stream Polo Club. The five-field polo complex is known as the "Winter Polo Capital of the World." Gulf Stream Park is a popular saltwater fishing and swimming location.
