To Whom It May Concern,
I had been looking for homes for the past six
months in the Boca Raton Area. I worked with several
real estate agents, however they never pursued
me as a serious buyer. I saw an ad in Homes and
Land Magazine with Ari's name.
I gave him a call and he seemed very personable

home specialist,
Drive down almost any street in
Boca Raton and you are likely to see
one of Ari Albinder's "For Sale" signs.
He has carved a niche for himself along
the waterfront because it's what he
knows and what he loves.
His waterfront expertise includes single-family
homes, condos, villas and town homes
and extends to deepwater canals, Intracoastal
Waterway and oceanfront. "Selling South
Florida's waterfront property is an
art," says Ari, the leading waterfront
home specialist at The Sanctuary office
of Arvida Realty Services for 1999
with $22 million in recorded sales.
"There are a lot of details that go
into purchasing and selling a residence
on the water. Living on the water myself
allows me to help others when deciding
on a lot location, sea wall condition
and many other aspects of buying waterfront
property that are unique - but are
key to making the right decision and
the smart purchase," he said.
"Being an avid boater, fisherman and diver, I

homes that will be available for occupancy
next year. Ari sold a Braemar Isle
penthouse for $475,000 and an Evanton
Baye town home with garage and it's
own boat dock for $ 287,500, both located
in the gated community of Boca Highlands.
The year 2000 is bringing fabulous
sales and top dollar to the sellers
of waterfront property in Florida.
As of today, Albinder has more than
$20 million in sales. Florida Realtor
magazine calls Ari Albinder "one of
the most successful Realtors" in Florida.
